Local Cultural Education Partnerships

Strategic partnerships improving cultural education for young people

Local Cultural Education Partnerships (LCEPs) are cross-sector, strategic partnerships that work together to unite and improve cultural education for children and young people in their local area.

While all LCEPs are working together towards the same goal - making a long-term and sustainable impact on cultural education in their areas - each LCEP is very different. They are all locally driven and rooted in the specific challenges and opportunities of their place.

London LCEPs

A New Direction supports Local Cultural Education Partnerships (LCEPs) across London. Below you can find out more about some of the partnerships which have been established across London.

In London, Cultural Education Partnerships often work at a borough level, although they can also focus on a smaller or larger geographical area. For example, some partnerships may operate in a specific ward within a borough or work across a number of boroughs.

Please note: we do not yet have pages for every LCEP in London as many of the partnerships are newly established. We are working towards bringing you more information as their work develops.

If there is a specific Cultural Education Partnership you are interested in finding out more about, please get in touch.
