Dreamachine Teacher CPD

Self care tools for teachers and educators

As part of the Dreamachine learning programme, we've developed free professional development resources on the science of wellbeing and creativity in education settings, featuring advice and expertise from the Chartered College of Teaching, Education Support and Talking Heads Supervision Ltd.

Staff INSET

We all know we should look after ourselves – eat healthily, exercise, make time for ourselves and catch some light. But for teachers and educators in particular, it can be difficult to put this into practice.

This INSET resource aims to help teachers discuss the value of self-care, challenge the belief that it is self-indulgent, try out a range of creative wellbeing activities and plan how to develop these as habits in their day-to-day lives.

“Just lovely to have some useful, free, accessible and creative CPD and ideas.” CPD Participant
