I Am Festival 2021

A unique virtual festival showcasing the creative talents of D/deaf, disabled, and neurodiverse young people

I Am Festival is our yearly celebration empowering D/deaf, disabled, and neurodiverse young people to explore their creativity. Over the past five years, the festival has provided a platform for hundreds of young people to showcase their talents, leadership, ideas and opinions.

From 14–18 June 2021 we held a week of interactive celebration, creativity, and learning online. Schools involved in our SEND Network focused on the theme of Love – exploring every aspect of the word, from 'family' to 'fandom'. The festival was be a collective expression of love, and what it means to the young people involved.
