- Opportunity to design, implement, and feed feedback on your creative interventions in your classroom
- Support with sharing your new practice in your school setting
- A certificate from UCL Centre for Educational Leadership on completing the programme
For schools
- Up to £2,000 to cover the cost of teacher absence
- Free professional development that can be shared by your creativity leader to all staff
- Links between your school, the UCL Centre for Educational Leadership and cultural venues
- Access to a range of creative leadership resources through your Cultural Education Leadership Programme member
