Maxwell is from Greenwich and recently completed his BA in Fine Arts. He is very keen to set up his own business.

What were your expectations of recruitment through Create Jobs?
More administration. It turned out to be quite hands on and technical but was good to learn technique and satisfying transforming spaces.

Can you explain what a typical day looks like at work?
Discuss the latest project shift and build spaces to suit the requirements of the new comers. Lots of interesting creative people and event pass through the building.

Did you enjoy your placement?
Yes, I have met a good group of interesting professional people. It has thrown up so many opportunities and links for things that I want to do.

Have you found your placement beneficial?
Yes, it has helped with my own business and shown me how a creative enterprise works from the top down.
