Royal Academy: Young Artists’ Summer Show 2026

An exhibition celebrating the creativity of young artists from across the UK.

Bookings open at 8am on Wednesday 4 February 2026.

Young Artists' Summer Show 2026 is suitable for Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and SEND.


About the show

The Young Artists’ Summer show, now in its eighth year, is a free, open-submission exhibition for young artists aged 4-18. The show celebrates the creativity of young people living and studying in the UK, providing them with a platform to showcase their unique voices, as well as the commitment of teachers, parents and guardians championing the role of art in education across the UK.

Artworks are judged by a panel of artists and arts professionals, with selected artworks displayed online and on-site at the Royal Academy of Arts.
