Keep the conversation going beyond our events by joining the Network Message Board (via JiscMail). This online community is created in response to feedback from network members who wanted more opportunities to connect with each other between meetups.

How To Join?

You must first be signed up to the Best Practice Network. Once you have registered, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to join the Network Message Board. We will also include the sign-up link in our monthly mailouts, so there will be regular opportunities to join. It is optional for you to sign up and in addition to being part of the network

Why Join?

The Network Message Board (JiscMail) provides a dedicated space to:

  • Connect with your fellow members directly
  • Share knowledge, resources and good practice
  • Ask questions and seek advice from peers
  • Exchange ideas and start conversations
  • Promote relevant opportunities across the arts, culture, education and inclusion sectors
  • Request information from trusted peers across the sector

Whether you're looking for support or collaboration, the group is here to help you build meaningful professional connections and learn from others working across the sector.

How Does It Work?

We will be using Jiscmail for our Message Notice board, which is a free, email-based national academic mailing list service dedicated solely to supporting conversations and collaborations that further UK education and research.

You will be able to post messages to the whole group, which are seen by all other members. You will receive emails with all postings, to whichever email address you sign up with. You are able to choose the frequency which you receive emails (i.e. all postings separately; daily/weekly digests)

Guidelines

Our priority is to create a safe space for members to communicate in between meetups.
