About the conference

Title: Creative Entrepreneurship in Schools
Date: 25 January 2013
Time: 9am - 4pm
Venue: Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre, SE1 9NH

The event is part of CENTRES, (Creative Entrepreneurship in Schools) a multi-country project co-funded by the European Commission, British Council and eight organisations across Europe.

At the conference we will debate the importance of creative entrepreneurship for young people in the current economic climate and in the context of the ongoing changes in education.

Workshops will also provide practical approaches to creative entrepreneurship, with an opportunity to learn more about the Social Enterprise Qualification.

The event will provide UK and international perspectives, with a panel discussion chaired by Honor Wilson-Fletcher MBE, Chief Executive of the Aldridge Foundation, and speakers from Finland, Slovenia and Estonia.
