We’re a small tight-knit organisation, based in a third-floor office near Old Street station, soon to be moving to the City.

Digital Marketing Co-ordinator
Job title: Digital Marketing Coordinator, Create Jobs
Hours: Full time
Contract: Fixed Term / 12 Months (possible extension pending funding)
Reporting to: PR & Marketing Manager
Salary range: £19,000 - £25,000 p/a (depending on experience)
We are looking for an aspiring digital marketing professional who lives and breathes social media, gets excited about digital content and has creative ideas to support the PR & Marketing strategy. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal and active member of the team, key in supporting the delivery of our creative employability programme, Create Jobs.
About the role
Areas of responsibility include digital communications (web, social media and e-communications), and the creation and distribution of content production media. The role sits within the Communications function of A New Direction, but is very much part of the wider Create Jobs team, acting as the conduit between the two. As we are a small team, there is also an element of general administrative support involved.
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and hands-on individual who is willing to get stuck in, demonstrate initiative, and contribute creatively to communicating our offer and narrative to young people, employers and partners alike - combining technical expertise with a passion for creating change and making a difference. You should be engaged with London’s young creative scene, with an awareness of the trends shaping the next generation of London’s cultural, digital and creative movement.

Job title: Relationship Manager, Create Jobs
Hours: Full time
Contract: 12 months (with possibility of extension with further funding in place)
Reporting to: Senior Relationship Manager
Salary: £33,109 - £39,396
About the role
We're looking for Relationship Manager to work on our creative employment programme, Create Jobs. Relationship Managers play a key role in ensuring that programme activity and input is informed by and co-designed with industry partners. This role is on the frontline of our interaction with employers where Managers are leading the relationship management. This includes how employers are onboarded into our way of working, the setting of live briefs, mentoring, training and workshop facilitation, and job creation. We have some exciting programmes that this role will support, including a focus on developing partnerships and relationship management across start-up enterprises, creative and digital agencies.
