Creative Wellbeing at Home - Focus and Attention
A simple exercise to find balance in uncertain times and reconnect with qualities, people, places and ideas that can give us strength.
In addition to blank paper and a writing implement, participants are asked to have with them a treasured object or photograph.
This is part of our Creative Wellbeing at Home series.
Each webinar has been designed to re-store and reenergise. There’ll be a space to pause and to connect, and the chance to learn a new arts-based activity. The activity at the heart of each webinar has been designed to be easily adaptable to classrooms, staff/team meetings, or other settings; none requires any prior training or skill in the arts.
