Round 1 of the Broadcast Training Programme is over!

Over the last two weeks, 12 lucky young creatives discovered the world of broadcast media, music & radio in a free 2-week intensive audio content training programme with Create Jobs. The programme was run in partnership with NTS Radio, Worldwide FM and content company Somethin’ Else - plus there was training by award-winning producer Nicky Birch of Rosina Sound.

Highlights included the young creatives producing their own podcasts - encapsulating the ‘sounds of London’ - visiting Capital Radio, Radio 1/1Xtra and attending David Reviews. The amazing guest speakers included BBC Radio 1Xtra DJ - Jamz Supernova, Pink Matter and gal-dem Music Editor, Antonia Odunlami.

The second round of the Broadcast Training Programme is set to start on Monday (6^th) with another group of 12 young creatives, all eager to pursue a career in radio.
