Cultural Sector wrapped  2025

As 2025 draws to a close we wanted to share some of the highlights from across our Cultural Sector Programme

In 2025 we:

  • had 464 attendances across our Cultural Sector Programme.
  • hosted 14 events, both online and in person.
  • had a total of 27 expert speakers and facilitators across our Cultural Sector Masterclass series.
  • created a brand new resource for ethical participation: Doing It Justice, which had 637 page views and downloads.
  • grown our Best Practice Network to 212 members - from a small cohort of project alumni to anyone working with Children and Young People in the cultural sector.
  • launched an AI & Safeguarding working group with 28 members exploring how we can safeguard our participants in the age of AI.
  • commissioned 8 new blogs to help keep our partners/peers inspired, connected and energised.
  • began the pilot of a new cultural education leadership programme, Space for Exchange, and commissioned 3 articles exploring Cultural Educational Leadership. This new piece of work, and much more, will be shared in the new year – watch this space!


And none of this would have been possible without the 12 brilliant freelance creatives who helped us design and deliver the programme and YOU who help inform and inspire us.
