Parliament Week (15-21 Nov) is calling all young Londoners...

Parliament is throwing open its doors for the day on Sat 23 Nov as part of Parliament Week, to welcome you in to find out how you can get more engaged with issues that matter to you!

Event details:

When: Saturday 23rd November

Time: 10.30am – 3.30pm

Where: Portcullis House, Parliament

This day will include a fantastic array of music and arts performances, debates and discussions about the issues that matter to you, and how you can make your voice heard.

This event is being run by the Greater London Authority, Parliament Week, Rock Solid Media and A New Direction.

There will be performances from young people from across London, guest appearances from well-known artists: Wretch 32 and George the Poet and inspiring speakers throughout the day.

There will also be a market place where you can explore opportunities to get involved, get your voice heard and make a difference.

Parliament Week, 15-21 November, is a programme of events and activities that inspire engage and connect people with parliamentary democracy. This year Parliament Week is focusing on Women in Democracy – celebrating the achievements of women in democracy, but also looking at how more women can get involved.
