Cultural organisations invited to apply to deliver on our Primary Arts In-Schools Touring 2026/27

We’re inviting cultural organisations to partner with us to deliver our Primary Arts In-Schools Touring programme for 2026/27.

Through this strand of the programme, we aim to reach 120 state primary and special schools across London (all boroughs) with an offer including performances and in-class workshops for pupils, and twilight CPD for teachers, as well as resources and materials, delivered in schools across London.

We’re looking to collaborate with organisations across artforms to co-deliver engaging, high-quality creative experiences for pupils and teachers as part of our wider Primary Arts programme.

There is a fee of up to £38,000 (inclusive of VAT) available per organisation, based on them working with 12 schools each.

If you’re interested in sharing your work with schools and supporting children and teachers to explore creativity together, we’d love to hear from you.

Timeline for expressions of interest

• Deadline for submissions: Friday 20 March 2026, 12pm.
• Shortlisted organisations will be contacted by email to arrange interviews (approx 30 mins) for the following dates:
  • Tuesday 28 April (am or pm)
  • Wednesday 29 April (pm only)
  • Thursday 30 April (pm only)
  • Tuesday 5 May (am only)
• Offers to successful organisations: No later than Thursday 7 May 2026.
