Teachers’ Evening at Graeae Theatre
Date: Monday, 1st February 2016
Venue: Graeae Theatre Company
You are invited to A New Direction’s and Graeae Theatre Company’s teachers’ evening.
Graeae’s new Ensemble will open the evening by sharing short extracts from their performance work in development.
We will continue the evening by sharing creative ways to inspire teamwork and connect with the desire to make a difference.
Together we will explore what it means for us to belong and explore diversity of communication, drawing on creative tools, which also challenge the concepts of difference and acceptance.
Graeae will be on hand to discuss any future collaborations opportunities with your school.
Wine, cheese and a Q&A will take place at the end of the Teachers’ Evening.
Graeae is a force for change in world-class theatre, breaking down barriers, challenging preconceptions and boldly placing disabled artists centre stage.
Graeae champions accessibility and provides a platform for new generations of deaf and disabled talent through the creation of trail-blazing theatre, at home and internationally.
