Teachers leading in creativity and culture.
If you are a teacher passionate about arts and culture, AND’s leadership development programme, Cultural Learning Community, is for you.
Delivered in partnership with Nimblefish, the programme will nurture your personal growth and professional development in creative and cultural education. This is an opportunity to develop your leadership capacity, using your own strengths and skills as a starting point. We will explore what leadership means in ourselves, in our schools, and more broadly in London’s arts and culture landscape.
During the year we will support you to:
The programme consists of six half day sessions throughout the academic year 2016-17. To ensure that everyone gets the most from the experience and the connections that we make over the year, we ask participants to commit to attending all sessions.
Each session will take place in one of London’s cultural venues with exclusive input from their team.
This programme is aimed at teachers, department leads, middle and senior managers working in any type of school setting across London.
AND delivers this programme for free to your school, as part of our investment in London’s creative and cultural offer.
Applications are now closed. Successful applicants will be informed by 29th July.
