Want to get into digital content creation? Learn the key skills you need to create compelling visual content for audiences with this free 6-week intensive summer course

Creativity Works: Digital Content is a brand new intensive training course teaching everything from video editing and production, to strategic planning and compelling writing skills, to get you ready for a career in digital content creation.

This part-time course has a jam-packed curriculum run by some of the biggest names in freelance and in-house marketing to enable Londoners aged 18-30 to learn the skills, tools, and industry secrets as you build your network and land a role working in any one of the many avenues of digital marketing – one of the UK's fastest growing, in-demand creative digital sectors.

Over six weeks you’ll learn everything you need to know about digital content – with instructive and collaborative workshops in capturing and editing visuals, mapping your audiences, creating content designed for different platforms, and scheduling, testing, and evaluating your results among more curriculum highlights.

The course curriculum will feature guest lectures, masterclasses, technical skills-based workshops, inspirational vox-pop industry talks, plus the chance to respond to a real-life brief as you experience the day-in-the-life of a content creator for an established brand.

About Creativity Works

Creativity Works is our series of industry-co-designed intensive creative courses designed for young Londoners aged 18-24 who aren't in education, training, or employment.

First launched in 2014 each course in the programme nurtures a specific creative skill set; from podcasting, photography & event production to set design, digital marketing and filmmaking.

Supported by the Mayor’s Fund for London, these courses are always free to attend and take place as a full-time programme across 6-weeks. Participants are given access to a MacBook Pro and Adobe suite plus receive training via interactive workshops, masterclasses, talks and more.

Delivered as part of The Skills Bootcamps for Londoners which aims to help Londoners aged 19+ to progress in work by giving them access to in-demand skills training and a guaranteed interview for a more sustainable, higher-skilled job and higher wages over time.
