The Creative and Cultural Opportunities Programme (C&COP) is an intensive bootcamp designed for young people (aged 18-30) looking for guidance in taking their first steps into roles in the creative and cultural industries.
Over 2-days, explore your skills and interests, as we support you in identifying, applying and celebrating what you have to offer the creative, cultural and digital industries. You will meet a network of young people with similar passions, take part in workshops and talks to get inspired, build confidence, and equip yourself to take the next step in your career.
C&COP x STEP 9 takes place from Thursday 21 - Friday 22 September 2023. With breakfast and lunch covered by the Good Growth Hub and travel expenses of £10 a day provided to all participants.

- Storytelling 101
- How to review job descriptions
- CV writing for the creative industries
- Application writing
- Job interviews, in both group and individual settings
This programme will benefit you if you are interested in applying for our next round of STEP, but we also welcome those who are interested in learning more about applying for roles in the creative sector.
