London Curriculum Children’s Festival

500 primary schoolchildren attended the interactive festival at City Hall.

Held in collaboration with the Greater London Authority (GLA), BE OPEN FOUNDATION and Totally Thames, the day consisted of a jam-packed schedule of interactive workshops - from African drumming, to dancing with Darcy Bussel's dance company. After all the excitement, the children and their teachers then gathered in The Scoop at Potters Field to perform a song which was watched by the Mayor himself, Sadiq Khan.

The energy, enthusiasm and excitement from the children was plain to see all day, and they event perfectly illustrated the value of London Curriculum which aims to get kids out of the classroom and using the city as a learning tool.
