Specific responsibilities
Overall responsibility for event production:
• Outlines event brief with Event Producers and the Creative Directors
• Originates and provides analysis of technical feasibility of proposed venue
• Originates and provides analysis of technical feasibility of proposed artists and performers
• Working closely with venue technical manager to agree specifics including power, production parking, existing technical kit (lights, sound & AV etc)
• Appoints and directs technical production suppliers (Staging, Lighting, Sound, AV)
Why are you interested in being a CREATE Programmer?
I am interested in create programme because I want to broaden my knowledge and experience in putting on events and also enhancing my job opportunities to work with other professionals in the industry. And also using this medium to help my community and promote awareness to young people in my area through CREATE.
My inspiration comes from the things happening around the world and in my community, and also from successful men and women that make changes and enlighten young minds in becoming useful and progressive to themselves such as Barack Obama.
