Director
Steve leads the team and is responsible for strategic leadership and overall financial viability of A New Direction. He is passionately committed to developing innovative creative change programmes for young Londoners.

Head of Programmes
Rebecca is Head of Programmes and works closely with the rest of the Programme team and A New Direction’s Creative Agents to ensure that the organisation’s creative change programmes are effectively planned, delivered and evaluated within schools and other settings across London.

Edith Chikago ACMA
Head of Finance and Resources
Edith is responsible for ensuring the effective management of theorganisation's finances, and that assets are employed effectively towards achieving our objectives. She manages the smooth running of all support services, including finance, HR, legal, corporate planning, risk management and systems.

Steve Woodward
Communications and Development Manager
Steve leads on communications and marketing, which includes web development and online strategy, publications and materials, press and events, branding and stakeholder engagement. He is also involved in aspects of business development, including fundraising and strategic partnership.

Senior Programme Manager
Natasha is part of the programme team and iscurrently leading on the Interactive Network for London Schools (INLondon), the training and support programme for our team of 45 CreativeAgents and leads on borough relationships.

Communications and Operations Coordinator
Yejide works across both operations and communications - supporting the team by contributing to the website and the producton of communications materials. She has an overview of operational systems across the organisation.

Oliver Benjamin
Senior Programme Manager
Oliver leads on developing new youth focused programmes for A New Direction, including CREATE Programmers, the Story of Stratford, and Making itReal. Oliver has a keen interest in interpreting policy developments.

Tamzin Barford
Programme Manager
Tamzin is a member of the programme team, and has an overview of the Creative Partnerships Change School programme, also acting as aninternal creative agent. She works closely with 3 boroughs leads (Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham and Newham) and supports ten creative agents.

Alison Graves
Programme Manager
Alison is part of the programme team, and has anoverview of the Creative Partnerships Enquiry School programme, also acting as an internal creative agent. She works closely with 3 borough leads (Greenwich, Lambeth and Tower Hamlets) and supports ten creative agents.

Carole Morrison
Programme Manager
Carole is part of the programme team, however she is currently taking a career break to explore creativity in other parts of the world. She will return to A New Direction in August 2010.

Operations and Finance Manager
Claire works as part of the Finance and Resources Team, providingfinancial and operational support to enable the organisation to run effectively. She manages cash flow and payments and helps partners, schools and suppliers with invoice and contract related enquiries.

Charlotte is part of the programme team, providing administrative and project support, assisting the planning and coordination of events, and working with the finance and resources team to ensure that the financial aspects of our Schools’ Programmes are managed effectively.
