The Change School programme is an intensive journey for schools lasting between one and three years, that supports the creative development of the whole school.
Through partnerships with creative practitioners, it aims to generate a long-term dialogue across the whole school community about creative teaching and learning and the ways in which schools can become more effective creative learning environments.
Change schools receive 75% (approximately £15,000 per year) of their programme costs from A New Direction and fund 25% (approximately £5000 per year) themselves. Please note that applications for the Change School Programme are currently closed.
A New Direction is working with 80 Change Schools from across the 14 London Creative Partnerships boroughs.
